You only pay when we forward a package.

The forward fee

A standard forward is $3.95 plus actual shipping. The $3.95 is the fee for receiving an Amazon Essentials package, confirming it, and sending it on. Actual shipping is the cost of the shipment from Guest Checkout to you. It is not a flat guess added on top. It is the shipping that shipment costs.

There is no monthly fee. There is no membership. You do not pay to keep a place in the service between orders. If a month goes by with no package, there is no charge for that month.

You pay only when a package is forwarded. One forwarded package is one charge of $3.95 plus the shipping for that package. A second package is a second charge of the same kind. Packages are not bundled into a subscription.

When you are not charged

Guest Checkout can refuse a package that is not Amazon Essentials. Electronics, premium brands, limited editions, and anything outside Essentials are not forwarded. A refused package is not forwarded, and the forward fee is not charged for it.

That refusal rule is why the product line matters to the price. The fee applies to an Essentials package that we send. It does not apply to a package we decline because it is outside the service.

What the price does not include

The price does not cover the Amazon Essentials goods themselves. You still pay Amazon for the order. Guest Checkout charges only for the forward and the shipping from here to you.

There is no separate fee for privacy. Your name and address stay private from the original shipper as part of the forward. The package arrives as a standard forwarded shipment. Those are parts of the service, not extra line items.

Most packages are processed and sent the next business day after receipt. That timing is the usual case, not a faster service with its own price. There is one standard forward. There is not a rush tier, a storage plan, or a membership level with a different rate.

How to read the total

Add $3.95 to the actual shipping for that package. That is the Guest Checkout total. Shipping changes with the size and destination of the shipment, so two Essentials orders can have different shipping amounts and the same $3.95 fee.

Payment information is used only to collect the forward fee and actual shipping. Guest Checkout does not charge a retainer, a setup fee, or a fee to write in. The get-started form is a note. It is not sending messages yet, and sending a note is not a purchase.

If a forward goes wrong because of our handling, responsibility is limited to the forward fee for that package. The $3.95 figure on this page is the fee that limit refers to, plus the fact that shipping is charged at cost.
