Guest Checkout is a simple mail-forwarding service built for people who want their everyday Amazon Essentials orders handled separately. We keep the process limited, predictable, and ordinary by design.

What the company does

Guest Checkout receives Amazon Essentials packages and forwards them. That is the whole service. Amazon Essentials is the product line of basic, low-cost clothing and household items. Guest Checkout is not that product line, and it does not sell those goods.

People use the service when they want the original shipper to see a Guest Checkout address. Your name and address stay private from the original shipper. The package arrives as a standard forwarded shipment, with your name and address on the box that comes to you.

The work is the same each time. An Essentials order is shipped to the Guest Checkout address. We receive it, confirm it is Essentials, and forward it. Most packages are processed and sent the next business day after receipt. That is the usual case, not a guaranteed delivery date.

What we leave out

The service does not forward electronics, premium brands, limited editions, or anything outside Amazon Essentials. Guest Checkout can refuse a package that is not Essentials. A refused package is not forwarded, and the forward fee is not charged for it.

There is no membership and no monthly fee. There is no account to maintain. You pay only when a package is forwarded. A standard forward is $3.95 plus actual shipping. Actual shipping is the cost of that shipment to you.

There is no separate product for faster handling, storage, or mixed orders. One limit and one price keep the service easy to describe. If a forward goes wrong because of our handling, responsibility is limited to the forward fee for that package.

How to reach us

The get-started page has a form with your name, email, and a message. Use it if you want an Amazon Essentials order forwarded. The form is not sending messages yet. Pressing Send does not submit the note. The page says so after you try.

Personal information is used only to receive an Essentials package and forward it. Order details are used to confirm the package is Essentials. Payment information is used only to collect the forward fee and actual shipping. The privacy page states that in full.

The limit is deliberate. Everyday clothing and household staples can be checked and sent without a special case for each box. Electronics and premium or limited goods would change that, so they stay out. The same rule is what makes the price a single forward fee instead of a set of plans.

You give a deliverable name and address for the shipment that comes to you. Those details stay off the original shipper’s label. Between orders there is nothing to renew, because there is no membership and no monthly fee to keep current.
